How to Choose the Right Exercise

Regular exercise is one factor that creates the body become more healthy, but even though people already recognise this, to make regular exercise many people lazy to do, they would like to use the free time to do other actions like seeing movies, reading novels, or shopping to the mall.

Although healthy body is the responsibility of each individual, but it require a strong motivation for regular exercise activities can be done, May be done and one formula that might motivate to do regular exercising is the preferred exercising e.g., if you like tennis then you play tennis on a habitué base, if you like swimming so you do swim on a regular base as well, and so forth, but if you do not like sports in the least what had better you do?

If you do not like sports at all possible you could do of walking because walking is an easy activity to do and good for training. Walking is the social practice and therefore not difficult to ask someone to walk along with you. Walking can be done by anyone whether young or old, male or female can walk and exercise anytime and anywhere either at your home, or in a mall and the duration can be set according to your daily activities day.

In the early stages you should do exercises with low intensity, but as time passes and your body accustomed to your exercise then you should increase your exercise with higher intensity so that the results obtained are also more leverage. In order not bored you are able to as well make variations to your exercise for instance you are walking on the beach with a combined jog or run place a couple of minutes, and other time you walk in the mall without utilising an elevator or escalator up or down and so on.

You can try other types of exercise such as fitness training in gyms, maybe with the training of professional trainers can motivate you to engage in regular exercise, or you try the kinds of other exercises in which a close friend or your family do on a regular basis, because close friend or family can also cause our motivation for doing fitness exercises together.

Doing regularly fitness training can give good impact to the health body, then by following the above ways might motivate yourself to start doing fitness exercise on a regular basis, and with a healthy body and strong then you can improve your quality of life for other than your body look more beautiful to see, you are also protected from various kinds of diseases, and in addition you can do a lot of activities to your liking
